do vitamin gummies make you dream better?

Posted by RosieUV - December 21st, 2021

i probably sound really stupid right now but here me out:

so i have been forced by my parents to take vitamin gummies every day and i started to notice i dream much more than i used to.

i have found it hard in recent months to visualise dreams and would only get dreams once every couple of months. it was more the idea of a setting than an actual setting (same goes for daydreaming, it's like a mini podcast)

but both today and yesterday i dreamed and the image was slightly clearer and it went on for much longer (it was also much stronger) and i didn't feel as crappy after waking up.

is this because of the vitamin gummies?

It's not so much the style of the vitamin, but the contents within. Some vitamins, depending on if you're getting ones for individual things or a multivitamin often vary from one company to another on what is considered a healthy amount for those of certain ages and genders. Dreams in the physical sense are caused by your brain producing melatonin from your pineal gland. While the stuff can produce on it's own, being a natural hormone of the brain certain vitamins and supplements are known to stimulate and even help increase Melatonin production. Maybe your gummies just have enough stuff in them to do that.
