He was an experiment before. Also, His brain isn't inside his head anymore so probably he doesn't have a brain, But he stills moves like a working human.

my tip for pixel art is to make the pixels bigger so you can tell it's supposed to be pixel art. If i looked at this without the description then I would of assumed it was just at a low resolution.

Also maybe learn how to shade. Cell shading would work best with your style and it would make it look less flat.
