If you have no idea what you did wrong and if their rules do not provide any clues, you should consider the possibility that your account there got hacked. Maybe change the password for your email as well as any site you use the same password for - just in case...

(As an aside: 'This' is why I do not tire of telling artists that they need 'at last' 2 websites to upload to... Good on you for doing just that.)
