Honestly, same. The challenge I gave myself was to make 32 animations, each of them must have been completed within a week or less. Most of them took about 3-5 days so there wasn't a lot of content I could put in. However I was thinking about doing longer versions of some of them one day if there was demand for it. If this one is one that you feel it would benefit from a longer short I will strongly consider it.

hmmm.... the animation would seem more fluent if you redrew each frame (or part of a frame) when movement is occurring.
if the paper tweening like animation is on purpose then try adding more joints and more parts moving at once to seem more realistic.
The artstyle isn't too bad, but i suggest adding some form of lineart to make the characters stand out more.
